Where possible, all items will be wrapped & ribboned. If you’d like your item to be sent to a different address, maybe with a birthday message, or with no invoice in the box – please do let me know.
Free delivery is offered to all UK mainland & Northern Ireland addresses & I aim to dispatch all items the next working day, but I will email you to let you know when your item has been sent. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive (items should arrive within 2-3 days), but should you require next day delivery – please do contact me for a quote. Most items will be sent via Royal Mail Signed For or myHermes, both of whom will attempt to deliver your item three times. If they have been unable to deliver your item after three attempts, the item will be returned to 3 Blue Stars, where upon a new delivery charge will be required before the item can be dispatched for a second time to you.
Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please notify me by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt, and return the goods within a further 14 days to the address I give you. Please give me your name, phone number, item purchased and reason for return. Return postage needs to be covered by you, and I will refund your item (minus the original delivery cost) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, providing they are in the same new condition as sold. Any exchange of goods will also require the new delivery charge to be paid for… Please note that I’m unable to offer refunds on commissions or items made to your specification.
